Exciting News: Your New ACAW Benefits Card is Here!

We are pleased to announce the launch of your new ACAW Benefits Card through TELUS AdjudiCare, making it easier than ever to submit electronic claims for:

  • Prescription Drugs

  • Extended Health

  • Vision

  • Dental Benefits

Check Your Email

Registration information was emailed to all eligible ACAW Health & Wellness Members on November 4, 2025. Printed cards were also sent out to all eligible and newly eligible members. Please check your inbox for the email containing your new Group/Policy and Certificate numbers. Your previous prescription drug card was deactivated in November, please use your new card for all services.

Key Dates to Know

November 6, 2025

Your current ACAW Prescription Drug Card was deactivated.  This step was necessary to transfer your claims history to the new card.

November 12, 2025

Your new ACAW Benefits Card was activated and is ready to use at pharmacies, dental offices, vision clinics, and other provider locations.
