We are pleased to announce the launch of your new ACAW Benefits Card through TELUS AdjudiCare, making it easier than ever to submit electronic claims for:
Prescription Drugs
Extended Health
Vision
Dental Benefits
Key Dates to Know
November 6, 2025
Your current ACAW Prescription Drug Card will be deactivated. This step is necessary to transfer your claims history to the new card.
November 12, 2025
Your new ACAW Benefits Card will be active and ready to use at pharmacies, dental offices, vision clinics, and other provider locations.
Check Your Email
Your new card was emailed to all eligible ACAW Health & Wellness Members on November 4, 2025. If you recently became eligible, you should have received it too. Please check your inbox for the email containing your card.
Register Your Card Online
To start using your new card and access your member portal:.
1. Click the link below to visit the TELUS AdjudiCare Member Portal:
2. On the login page, select Register.
3. Enter your Group Policy Number and Certificate Number (found on your emailed card) in the highlighted fields. Fill in the rest of your information, choose a memorable username, and create a secure password.
4. Once registered, return to the login screen and sign in using your new credentials.
Set Up Direct Deposit
To receive claim reimbursements directly to your bank account:
5. After logging in, select the My Account icon and choose Direct Deposit from the drop-down menu.
6. Enter your bank account information and your name to complete setup.
You Are All set!
Once registered, you will be able to:
Submit claims online
View your claim status and history
Receive email notifications of your payments
Feel free to explore your online member portal, as more features and information will be added regularly as we approach the official launch date of November 12, 2025.
