Electronic Claims Submissions for Prescription Drug, Extended Health, Vision, and Dental are launching soon!  Just like your pharmacist can submit prescription drug claims, you’ll now be able to submit all eligible claims digitally.  No more paper forms.

No problem.  You can still submit claims by mail, email, fax, or in person at our office.  Our team is always happy to help.

What’s Next?

In the coming weeks, you’ll receive an email with your new claims card and easy setup instructions.  Your card will include a new group number that your pharmacy, dentist, and other providers can use to submit claims electronically*.  That means less out-of-pocket costs and more time for what matters most.
